Q&A

Why I became a recruiter

Truthfully, I initially joined recruitment because I wanted to just get into sales. However, after seeing people’s lives change based on the companies and jobs I provided, I realized that job change is one of the most important decisions we make in our lives. This changed my perspective on why I work as a recruiter, and has led me to keep lifelong relationships with candidates & clients, some of whom have become my friends.

Why I joined TM Agency

My personal philosophy is that I can only work for someone I respect. Alex Maruyama was my mentor when I started my recruitment career at Hays, and is one of the people I respect most in the recruitment industry. This is why I decided to join TM Agency.
