Q&A

Why I become a recruiter

Honestly, I didn’t know what recruitment was at first but they explained to me that it’s a form of sales job with unlimited earning potential. I knew I am good at sales so I tried. Learned to like recruitment over the years as it’s dealing with people and especially dealing with most important part of everyone’s life cycle.

Why launch TM Agency

In my previous experience at big firms like, I often found myself restricted in the extent to which I could assist my candidates and clients. The bureaucratic structure and limited flexibility within these firms hindered my ability effectively support my clients. Moreover, navigating through internal politics was a common challenge, prompting me to envision a different approach to recruitment.

Thus, my aspiration was to establish a firm that embraced transparency and openness, devoid of any internal politics. I wanted to create an environment where everyone, regardless of their position, had equal opportunities to grow, learn, and succeed while respecting one another. The objective was to foster a culture where collaboration was paramount, and all team members could contribute to the success of our clients and candidates.
