A major e-commerce company is seeking an experienced network engineer who would be in charge of their network infrastructure. As a network engineer, you would be handling their backbone network infrastructure and working to automate and improve the network integration of the company's global infrastructure platform. You would be working together with colleagues from various countries communicating mainly in English.

Must have skills:

• 5 years of network operation experience and troubleshooting in Linux/Unix Operation System along with network administration
• Ability to configure and implement network devices
• Knowledge of Dynamic Routing Protocol, Layer 2 technology
• Quick learner in new technologies and upcoming trend
• Proactive attitude
• High proficiency in English
• Teamwork mindset

Desired skills:

• Degree in computer science or similar
• Experience managing network by utilizing open source software programming
• Experience of development and implementation of Automation scripts in a programming language
• Basic knowledge and experience of public cloud
• DevOps and Agile mindset
• Japanese proficiency
